About this role

Execute order attainment and order fulfillment processes.
Provide support for assigned customer group and sales organization.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistic problems arising.
Prepare and execute quotations and standardized offerings, or support the sales process with respective services.
Coordinate deliveries with departments, suppliers, logistic providers and customers, and provide pricing, availability and delivery information.
Provide pricing, availability and schedule information.
Record and process orders and inquiries, track order activity and early alert issues in order or delivery process.

Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration or Relevant Field
A minimum of 1-3 years' proven experience in a customer service or Scheduler
Customer Centricity & Maturity to communicate and negotiate with customers, Subcontractors as well as with internal partners
Decent English Writing / Speaking Skill
Preciseness and Carefulness in terms of data handling
Cost Consciousness
