Role Overview
- Develop, implement, and enhance talent acquisition strategies
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Conduct market research and analyze talent acquisition metrics
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations
- Provide training and support on talent acquisition tools
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on talent acquisition initiatives
- Analyze talent acquisition data for continuous improvement
- Handle confidential data with discretion,
- Lead or support projects to implement improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition processes
- 3+ years of experience with recruiting analytics, dashboards and KPIs
- Experience leading and executing large-scale recruiting projects
- Experience developing and delivering training on Boeing recruiting processes
- Experience working in Workday Recruiter
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
- Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
