Role Overview
- General accounting according to US GAAP standards in ERP Microsoft AX
- Fixed assets accounting
- Intercompany accounting of transactions among PPG affiliates
- Month-end closing accounting and related activities
- Accurate and timely account analysis of assigned balance sheet accounts
- Identification and correction of common accounting issues
- Partnership and support to business partners (NAC, SBU, other SSC teams)
- Data gathering for internal and external audit purpose
- Administrative tasks related to the position
Requirements
- Education in accounting/finance (High-school or University degree) or proven accounting skills
- English written and spoken is a must
- Customer service attitude
- Accuracy and numeracy skills
- Knowledge of Oracle/SAP and experience in a similar role in a multinational company is an advantage
- Standard set of digital literacy (especially basics in MS Excel and MS Outlook)
