Provide hands-on legal and compliance support across a multi-jurisdictional portfolio covering iGaming license applications, commercial contract drafting and review, AML/KYC compliance documentation, consumer dispute management, and cross-border corporate structuring.
Manage a high volume and wide variety of concurrent legal tasks.
Work closely with external counsel in different jurisdictions.
Produce well-structured written work to a consistent standard.
Research and compile legal and regulatory requirements for iGaming license applications.
Prepare and organize required documentation for license applications, including corporate documents, due diligence materials, and financial reports.
Liaise with regulatory authorities to track the progress of applications and ensure timely submission.
Conduct legal research on gaming laws, data protection requirements, and industry best practices.
Draft, review, and redline a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements.
Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions; support responses to regulatory inquiries, consumer disputes, and administrative proceedings.

Bachelor's degree in law
1–3 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or paralegal role; experience in iGaming, online gaming, or technology is preferred
Fluent in English is essential
Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese (Mandarin) will be an advantage
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Knowledge of technical compliance standards in iGaming (e.g., data reporting, platform integrity, and testing) is a plus
