About this role

Achieve revenue and profit targets in the assigned sales territory and defined product area
Develop strategic, goal-oriented project plans with short
and medium-term perspectives
Identify and develop relationships with all key decision-makers and influencers, including sub-specialists
Negotiate contracts and terms and close sales
Manage all account sales processes and activities for prioritized accounts (A, B, C)
Identify and develop account potential
Responsible for sales forecasting
Document sales activities in the Salesforce Lightning CRM

Preferably a completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in business administration, medicine, or medical technology
Several years of sales experience, ideally in the medical technology sector
Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
Strong understanding of customers' business
Experience with hospital financing and procurement processes
Willingness to develop comprehensive product knowledge and therapeutic understanding in the defined product area
Team player
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Valid driver's license (Class B)
