The CQ International Markets Team Lead is accountable for the flawless execution of CQ services including policy consultation and program design
Lead strategic commercial quality initiatives in support of the CQ strategy
Empower, inspire and lead a team of CQ Leads and contractors to deliver CQ services
Drive risk-based resource allocation
Ensure CQ colleagues and contractors have the required skills and resources to effectively execute their responsibilities
Drive implementation of CQ policies, procedures and initiatives across the International Markets
Provide design guidance for commercial programs to optimize the risk and benefit balance
Act as single point of escalation and a subject-matter expert for CQ Leads
Ensure quality thresholds are met and continuously provide feedback on training assets

Bachelor's degree with strong experience preferably in Pharma
Understand the fundamentals of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory requirements and risk management
Demonstrated extensive experience of aligning senior stakeholders and facilitating conflict resolution
Regional and Local operating experience
Demonstrated strategic thought leadership & ability to drive transformation
Experience of people and line management
Experience of working across cultures and multiple time zones
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients
Fluent in English language (verbal and written).
