Lead the design, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of critical global planning processes
Serve as the global process owner for key planning processes
Assess process maturity on a regular basis to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure standard approaches across all different processes in scope from a methodology and documentation perspective
Establishes a network of practitioners, to ensure identification and adoption of best practices
Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor’s/university degree is required, and advanced degree preferred (master/PhD)
10 years of general business experience in a health care context
A minimum of 8 years direct Supply Chain Planning experience
A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
Good understanding of SCOR model, lean and 6 sigma principles
Proven business acumen in Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance
Operational experience with several of the following processes including master production schedule process, inventory management, supply chain management, scenario analysis, change control, integrated business planning, long range demand/capacity planning, planning systems (e.g. SAP, OMP) and other cross-functional business processes common to the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly
Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different departments and all levels
