Lead and develop the commercial operations of some of Stora Enso’s key customers
Full accountability for commercial performance, customer value creation and profitable growth
Overall responsibility for leading and developing key customer relationships
Build and implement account strategy and roadmap
Responsible for customer value proposition, key account priorities, pricing principles and sales resource allocation
Work closely with sales teams to deepen customer understanding and systematically develop new business opportunities
Drive commercial excellence through disciplined processes, performance management and fact-based decision-making
Requirements
A relevant university degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field (MBA or equivalent is an advantage)
Proven senior-level experience in sales with a strong track record of driving profitable growth and managing high-value customer relationships
Strong ambition and drive, with the resilience and stress tolerance required to succeed in demanding, results-driven environments
Strong business acumen, integrity and credibility, enabling sound decision-making and trusted relationships with customers, teams and senior stakeholders
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence and engage at executive level
A demonstrated ability to build constructive, long-term relationships with customers and key internal and external stakeholders
Willingness to travel as required
Communicate fluently in English; French and/or German is an advantage.
