Provides senior leadership for security strategy, operations, and risk management across the Asia‑Pacific region
Responsible for protecting employees, assets, products, and information while enabling business growth
Lead and execute the APAC and China security strategy
Oversee physical security, travel security, crisis management, and incident response across APAC markets
Assess and mitigate regional security risks
Serve as the primary security advisor to regional leadership
Lead and develop regional security teams and external security partners
Establish governance, standards, and metrics for security practices
Partner with Legal, HR, Supply Chain, IT, and Business leaders to support secure operations
Manage investigations, executive protection, security incidents, and crisis response activities

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business, Criminal Justice, International Relations, or a related field (required)
Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate security, risk management, or related leadership roles
Strong understanding of geopolitical risk, crisis management, and security operations in complex markets
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in a matrixed organization
Experience managing third‑party security providers and external stakeholders
Language: English proficiency required; Mandarin or other APAC languages preferred
Up to 25–30% international travel across APAC and China
