Senior Paid Social Manager

Role Overview

• You design and develop holistic performance marketing strategies for fast-growing B2C and B2B companies — with a focus on Meta & TikTok Ads.
• You dive deep into the data, produce weekly reports, analyze relevant KPIs, and optimize accounts based on these insights.
• You collaborate closely with our creative team on the development of new creatives, UGC content, and landing pages.
• In weekly client calls you present current data, derive actionable recommendations, and implement them afterwards.
• You strategically develop your clients and leverage internal resources to support their growth.

Requirements

• You have 3–5+ years of professional experience in paid social advertising, ideally in an agency environment.
• You bring a holistic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs, with expert-level knowledge in paid social.
• You are highly communicative with clients, show empathy, and have a quick grasp of new information.
• You demonstrate strong self-organization and initiative, as well as the ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results.
• You have experience in leading and mentoring team members.
• You have a deep understanding of tracking and attribution.
