About this role
Role Overview
Providing efficient and reliable administrative support across Learning and Development activity.
Helping to coordinate learning programmes and maintain systems and processes.
Supporting everything from onboarding and training events to managing the learning platform and responding to queries.
Ensuring learning activity runs smoothly and colleagues have a positive experience.
Supporting the administration of the learning platform, including managing users, content and reports.
Responding to queries and providing first line support on learning activity.
Coordinating onboarding activity, including supporting Welcome Days.
Arranging training events, including bookings, materials and joining instructions.
Maintaining accurate learning records and supporting reporting requirements.
Raising purchase orders and supporting budget tracking.
Managing shared inboxes and supporting the smooth running of the team.
Supporting the development of communications and internal learning information.
Requirements
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams
Experience of working with systems and data
Experience providing administrative support within a busy team
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience of delivering good customer service
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to demonstrate, understand and apply our Blue Cross values
Experience working in the charity sector (Desirable)
Experience of learning management systems or e-learning platforms (Desirable)
Experience supporting or coordinating training or events (Desirable)
