New Business Manager – Social Media & Influencer Marketing

Role Overview

• Proactively identify potential clients and initiate contact
• Grow and maintain your network at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings
• Prepare compelling proposals, case studies, and pitches in close collaboration with Strategy and Project Management
• Consistently follow up on leads and proposals and manage your sales pipeline independently
• Maintain our CRM and ensure thorough documentation of all sales activities
• Monitor the market and competitors to identify new opportunities early
• Hand over acquired clients to operations in a structured manner

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, new business, or account management, ideally in an agency or creator-marketing environment
• An existing, relevant network with B2C brands and companies
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Proactive attitude, persuasive communication skills, and enjoyment of networking
• Structured and independent working style
• Familiarity with the creator economy and influencer marketing, and the ability to engage confidently with marketing decision-makers on the client side
