Responsibility in client projects: actively (co-)design projects and processes – depending on focus, in business analysis, subject-matter specialization, implementation coordination, test management, or (partial) project leadership
Advisory & design: develop and further enhance strategies, methods and processes in group-wide bank management, risk controlling and risk management
Advising on and implementing regulatory requirements such as CRD, CRR, MaRisk, IRRBB, ESG – from analysis through design to implementation
Analysis, evaluation and preparation of banking-related data to provide solid decision support
Use of Excel/VBA, Access, SQL, Python or R to develop practical, data-driven solutions
Technical support for junior consultants and active knowledge transfer within the team

Completed degree with a banking-related background (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering)
Several years of professional experience in the banking or consulting environment, ideally in risk or bank controlling
Ability to analyze complex quantitative, technical and regulatory requirements in a structured way and translate them into practical solutions
High self-motivation, independent working style, resilience, and interest in quantitative analyses as well as regulatory and strategic issues in banking
Professional demeanor with clients, strong team skills and very good German and English language skills
Solid knowledge of Excel/VBA, Access, SQL or comparable tools as well as willingness to travel for projects within Germany and to Luxembourg
