About this role
Role Overview
- Monitor the progress of project deliveries for Tenda construction sites to ensure they meet deadlines;
- Critically review designs to propose improvements in concept and execution;
- Contact designers to align expectations and resolve design issues;
- Respond to project questions from construction sites through site visits, phone calls and email to ensure smooth project execution;
- Develop project documentation and follow up on approvals with utility companies and other public agencies prior to project launch;
- Prepare budgets for contracting launches with banks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urbanism;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
