A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead enterprise process improvement initiatives within a complex healthcare environment. The role involves partnering with cross-functional business leaders to document, analyze, optimize, and standardize business processes across multiple operational areas.
Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, scope, and process boundaries
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate process discovery workshops
- Review existing SOPs, policies, job aids, and operational documentation
- Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop detailed process maps documenting workflows, handoffs, systems, timing, and dependencies
- Create and maintain RACI matrices to clearly define ownership and accountability
- Document business processes, governance artifacts, and operational standards
- Validate process documentation with business stakeholders and leadership
- Perform gap analysis and identify process defects, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Recommend scalable process improvements that enhance operational efficiency
- Resolve ownership conflicts and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Support implementation of standardized business processes and governance models
- Partner with business leaders, SMEs, and operational teams to drive enterprise initiatives
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership
- Support long-term operational transformation initiatives while meeting near-term business objectives
- Establish process ownership, governance, and ongoing review cadence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of healthcare industry experience
- 5+ years of process improvement and program management experience
- Experience working in matrixed or highly collaborative organizations
- Lean or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification (or equivalent)
- Experience developing: Business Process Maps, Workflow Documentation, RACI Matrices, Gap Analyses, Process Governance Documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
- Strong facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive operational change
- Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience
- Experience supporting enterprise operational transformation initiatives
- Experience developing SOPs, governance documentation, and operational standards
- Strong workshop facilitation and business process modeling experience
