Requirements
Education: University degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with active and regular registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Proven consolidated experience in the legal department of real estate developers, construction companies, land development firms or law firms specialized in Real Estate.
Strong knowledge of the Real Estate Incorporation Law, the Law on Contract Termination (Lei do Distrato), structuring of Special Purpose Companies (SPEs) and the "patrimônio de afetação" (property segregation regime).
Practical experience conducting legal audits/due diligence for secure land acquisitions.
Solid knowledge in the legal structuring of real estate financing (construction financing support, corporate financing plans) and guarantees (fiduciary transfer of title/"alienação fiduciária" and mortgage).
Proven experience leading and developing corporate legal teams.
