Provide consultative management of major national accounts, conducting on-site visits and virtual meetings focused on contract retention, renewal, and expansion.
Develop campaigns, initiatives, and commercial projects specifically targeted at clients' Payroll and Human Resources (HR) departments.
Identify portfolio risks from data and reports, acting proactively and collaborating with internal teams to ensure retention (churn control).
Monitor the customer journey end-to-end, analyze portfolio performance indicators, and propose continuous improvements.
Serve as the client's primary point of contact within our company, ensuring deadlines are met and requests are resolved promptly.
Actively participate in organizing and attending corporate events, trade shows, and company celebrations, strengthening the brand's institutional relationship with partners.
Requirements
Strong background in strategic account management (Key Accounts), large-scale B2B relationship management, or corporate Customer Success.
Willingness and availability to travel to different regions of the country for client visits and in-person events.
Previous experience working with clients/partners in Human Resources (HR) or Payroll.
Analytical profile for risk management, excellent communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations.
