Translate business needs into capability-building strategies, roadmaps, and learning solutions.
Identify capability gaps, risks, and opportunities that impact workforce readiness.
Prioritize initiatives based on business value, urgency, feasibility, and expected impact.
Lead stakeholder alignment between the business and learning function.
Define success measures and monitor progress against business outcomes.
Key Deliverables: Business-aligned capability plans and learning roadmaps, prioritized portfolio recommendations focused on high-value needs, stakeholder engagement plans that drive alignment, adoption, and accountability, success measures, business cases, and updates that communicate impact, risks, and progress.
Requirements
Experience consulting with business leaders or cross-functional stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Business acumen with the ability to connect capability needs to enterprise priorities
Ability to assess and prioritize needs based on impact, urgency, and feasibility
Ability to use data and insights to guide recommendations
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
