About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing of major deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including senior executives.
Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses, challenges, and opportunities, effectively positioning Viavi solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
Prepare and present sales proposals, progress reports, and accurate forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in software, hardware, or technology services sales.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Portuguese and English.
Experience managing large enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles.
Knowledge of networking technologies, including fiber optics, 5G, and SDN/NFV.
