Senior Manager, Cyber Audit and Regulatory Engagements

Role Overview

• Execute on a short and long term strategic plan to further mature the department’s regulatory engagement and executive reporting programs
• Operationalize and maintain the program, including managing processes for Regulatory Reporting, Audit engagement, and Executive Risk forums
• Collaborate with teams to drive the execution to improve, create, and validate audit, regulatory, and executive reporting artifacts
• Tailor communications to the audience’s needs
• Articulate the program’s strategy and processes in engagements
• Monitor progress, collect, analyze, and measure engagement data
• Leverage data for organizational readiness
• Communicate lessons learned and actionable recommendations
• Manage the issue resolution process and partner with Technology teams to remediate findings

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 6 years experience in cybersecurity or technology
• At least 4 years experience in process or project management
• At least 4 years experience in risk management or audit
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• 7+ years of project management, IT, or Cyber audit experience (Preferred)
• Business Process Management (BPM) certification (Preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
