Manager, Cyber Audit and Regulatory Engagements

Role Overview

• Execute on a short and long term strategic plan to further mature the department’s regulatory engagement and executive reporting programs
• Operationalize and maintain the program for Regulatory Reporting, Audit engagement, and Executive Risk forums
• Lead and collaborate with various teams to drive engagement execution
• Create and maintain formal reporting and engagement documents
• Communicate our program’s strategy and articulating intent, inputs and outputs
• Monitor progress, collect, analyze, and measure engagement data and metrics
• Communicate lessons learned and actionable recommendations to an executive audience
• Manage the issue resolution process by identifying and mitigating risks

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 4 years experience in cybersecurity or technology
• At least 2 years experience in process or project management
• At least 2 years experience in risk management or audit
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• 5+ years of project management, IT, or Cyber audit experience (Preferred)
• Business Process Management (BPM) certification (Preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
