Identify and develop Merchant Services sales opportunities in assigned market
Deliver consultative sales approach helping business clients assess their payment processing needs
Work with assigned team to generate opportunities in support of profitability and growth initiatives
Execute sales plan and develop strong partnerships to drive client and prospect sales opportunities
Foster relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic client planning
Focus on new business development selling payment processing solutions
Consult with clients to identify payment processing needs and deliver solutions
Develop detailed relationship plans for clients/prospects to identify key retention and acquisition opportunities
Provide client working capital services and solutions specifically focused on receivables
Adhere to applicable policies and procedures, escalate issues to leadership
Communicate effectively with clients through various methods (in-person, email, etc.)
Report sales efforts and revenue progression accurately

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
5+ years of sales experience in financial or payments products and/or services
Ability to present and communicate effectively and confidently
Proven experience working across departments, lines of business within large financial organizations
Growth mindset to adapt and resolve escalating complex issues
Mentor teammates to help them grow and fulfill their roles and responsibilities
Must be able to travel
