- Handle 40-60 requisitions at a time across different time zones

- Build relationships to develop a strong pipeline of candidates
- Advocate for candidates for career opportunities
- Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a diverse candidate pipeline
- Deliver on client commitments and provide an exceptional hiring experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions across a manufacturing workforce.
- Demonstrated success managing a high-volume requisition workload, with responsibility for 40+ open requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively recruit and engage candidates across multiple time zones.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
