Recruiter – High Volume Skilled Trades

Role Overview

• Specialize in supporting key client's business needs
• Drive all aspects of recruitment and customer service
• Handle 40-60 requisitions at a time
• Connect with motivated candidates
• Build relationships and pipeline of candidates
• Exceed client expectations
• Screen and assess candidates
• Drive client satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven experience recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions across a manufacturing workforce
• Demonstrated success managing a high-volume requisition workload, with responsibility for 40+ open requisitions simultaneously
• Ability to effectively recruit and engage candidates across multiple time zones
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
