Requirements
2+ years of recruiting experience
Proven experience recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions across a manufacturing workforce
Demonstrated success managing a high-volume requisition workload, with responsibility for 40+ open requisitions simultaneously
Ability to effectively recruit and engage candidates across multiple time zones
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills in a fast-paced environment
