Role Overview
- Recommend upgrades to health plans based on customer needs
- Conduct research and do outbound calls regarding healthcare benefit and eligibility questions
- Assist members with online health account functionality and locating information
Requirements
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- USB wired headset recommended
