Role Overview
- Gain a deep technical understanding of our products
- Drive delivery through applying structured methodology and practices
- Develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritise tasks
- Track progress against milestones, ensuring quality and manage risks
- Coordinate bringing together different teams with varied perspectives
- Keep the senior leadership team informed of progress
- Lead proactive risk & dependency management
- Assess bottlenecks in work processes
- Identify stakeholders and create communication plans
- Manage customer expectations through regular checkpoints
- Collaborate with engineering to lead each programme
- Manage and control programme budgets
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting
Requirements
- Degree level education desired
- Skilled in Project / Programme Management approaches including Agile
- Demonstrable experience of running successful programmes
- Ability to provide leadership and focus for the delivery teams
- Experience of shaping business cases and delivering tangible benefits
- Experience building clear, concise, and well-structured functional material
- Active seeking of diverse feedback on work
- Lives within a commutable distance to the office
- Able to travel to the continent (20% travel)
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana)
