Role Overview
- Manage significant digital transformation projects in an agile environment
- Ensure alignment of organizational aspects and stakeholders
- Prepare decision-making materials and manage key project milestones
- Participate in outreach, business development and pre-sales activities
- Coach a team of consultants
Requirements
- Master's degree from a leading business or engineering school, or equivalent university master's (Master's level)
- 5–8 years' experience in a consulting firm and/or a large corporate group
- Experience contributing to and leading significant digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of digital transformation methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills
