About this role
Role Overview
- Lead, plan and coordinate all construction activities on site during execution and commissioning phases.
- Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality and timely project delivery.
- Oversee HSEQ compliance and report potential risks, hazards and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor construction progress, equipment deliveries and site documentation including weekly reports.
- Ensure all works comply with local, national and international regulations as well as technical specifications.
- Organize and participate in onsite meetings, testing, commissioning and final acceptance activities.
Requirements
- Degree in civil, electrical or a similar engineering field
- 3 to 5 years experience in construction site management, ideally within renewable energy or infrastructure projects
- Good technical understanding of electrical or civil works
- Italian and English language skills; ideally, you also speak Spanish, French or German
- Ideally, certifications such as “Preposto”, “Primo Soccorso” and “Antincendio”; support can be provided to obtain them.
- Structured, responsible and independent working style with willingness to travel extensively and work onsite full-time.
