You support and advise our existing customers and actively assist the field sales team in your sales territory
You prepare and submit quotes, follow them up, and ensure smooth coordination between customers, specialist departments and the warehouse
You carry out telephone prospecting to acquire new customers
You support the onboarding and implementation of new customers
You actively contribute to the optimization of our sales processes
You ensure that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and with a service-oriented approach

Completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk or equivalent
Initial experience in sales or inside sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
Confident user of MS Office and, ideally, experience with CRM systems
Very good German and English language skills
Self-motivation, commitment and a confident, service-oriented manner
Enjoyment of teamwork and building long-term customer relationships
