- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Partnering with hiring managers to build effective hiring strategies.
- Recruiting across Software Engineering and other technical functions.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging passive technology talent.
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Using market insights and recruitment data to influence hiring decisions.
- Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting for technical roles within a technology-led business.
- Strong understanding of the software engineering and technology talent market.
- Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Confident sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Experience working within an in-house Talent Acquisition team or RPO environment.
- Able to work at pace while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
