Requirements
A positive personality with completed commercial or business administration training
Several years of professional experience in administration, (telephone) customer support or social insurance
Mandatory fluency in German, English and French (any additional language is a plus)
Proficient with standard MS Office applications
Motivated, able to work independently and with attention to detail
Communicative, stress-resistant, able to think holistically, quick to grasp new information, eager to learn and committed to continuously reviewing and improving existing processes
Available immediately or by agreement
