Respond to technical inquiries.
Route complex inquiries to internal specialist teams.
Document customer interactions and resolutions clearly and precisely.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes.
Requirements
Experience supporting and advising B2B customers, ideally in a SaaS company or a similar environment.
Genuine interest in the role.
Experience in customer service, technical support, or account management is a plus.
Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm in dynamic situations.
Customer focus and an instinct for customers' issues, with a genuine enjoyment in solving them.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Additional European languages are a plus.
