Scheduler, Bilingual – Spanish Speaker

Role Overview

• Scheduling appointments and managing provider templates
• Answer and manage incoming calls to the Appointment Call Queue
• Schedule various types of appointments
• Liaison between NeighborHealth and Ministry/Healthcare Partners

Requirements

• Must live in the Raleigh, NC metropolitan area
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Computer literacy in internet use and Windows environment
• Keyboarding skills of at least 45 wpm
• Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive and equitable working relationships
• Experience in customer service, office work, or a clinical setting
