Description
ACH is seeking a Bilingual TBRI Practitioner to serve on our Kinship Connections team. In this role, you'll work directly with kinship families through case management, crisis intervention, skill-building, advocacy, and therapeutic support using a trauma-informed, child-centered approach grounded in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children and families in case management, crisis intervention, family support, or related services.
- Certified TBRI® Practitioner.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the service area.
What You'll Do
- Provide intensive case management and family support services to kinship caregivers and children.
- Conduct family assessments, develop service plans, and coordinate community resources.
- Deliver in-home therapeutic support and behavioral stabilization services.
- Facilitate caregiver support groups and training opportunities.
- Assist families with crisis intervention, safety planning, and advocacy.
- Partner with schools, courts, DFPS, therapists, CASA, community providers, and other stakeholders to support successful outcomes.
- Maintain consistent engagement with families through regular home visits and ongoing communication.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide after-hours support when needed.
