Support Sales Director's business decision by conducting and monitoring commercial strategy within the department
Monitor and follow-up Sales Team performance
Review and dispatch leads as per strategy defined at group level
Review, accept or reject customer qualification exceptions.
Perform system maintenance
Manage territories (Assign BP to territories, partner codes clean up …)
Monitor data in NOVA Analytics to improve and ensure data quality (visits, calls, Potentials, AES, leads, specific opportunities, contacts)
Supports target setting and ensures quality of targets from Lines
Train and monitor adoption of Sales team on sales processes and sales tools
Participate in sales projects launched by RO/HO
Communicate to Sales team on changes coming from RO CCO
Ensure refresh trainings are regularly organized
Requirements
Relevant completed tertiary qualification in (Business or Commercial)
Strong practical experience in disciplines such as project delivery, business process improvement, transformation initiatives, continuous improvement, digital enablement, and customer experience.
Strong knowledge in shipping (minimum 5 Years of experience in liner shipping), proven experience in leadership role in similar industry
Excellent knowledge in NOVA
