Receive requests for development of BI management dashboards.
Discuss business model requirements for table and dashboard development with requesting management analysts or service stakeholders.
Support the selection and construction of databases and associative tables for each dashboard, as well as the design of the data structure to be used.
Gather and analyze requirements for the dashboards to be developed.
Present an initial project proposal requesting approval to proceed.
Inform requesters of any issues that may prevent task execution and work with them to find solutions.
Develop and maintain systems to automate tasks using SAP Script, BW/BEx Analyzer queries, Power BI, Spotfire, Access, Excel, VBA, among others.
Prepare and structure databases, including handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, for calculation of various KPIs.
Provide support for generating reports from structured data sources.
Provide support for generating reports from unstructured data sources.
Provide support for producing analytical reports based on information from the procurement process for goods and services.
Extract procurement and contracting information using predefined reports in SAP BW and SAP ERP, such as contracts, purchase orders, amendments, etc.
Participate in meetings to define demand forecasting scope and in meetings presenting results.
Extract contract and order information using predefined reports in the SAP system.
Support the preparation of a dossier describing the steps of the report generation process.
Build and modify dashboards.
Perform support activities required for market and risk monitoring.
Critically analyze systems used by the management team and suggest improvements or replacements.
Implement necessary corrections before and after the development of dashboards and business models.
Assemble tables, dashboards and presentations with information, indicators, projections and correlations to support analysis and decision-making.
Perform maintenance or updates on developed dashboards, whether created by the contractor or other parties.
Update databases to enable subsequent updates of dashboards, tables and reports.
Provide support, training and assistance to users of dashboards, reports and presentations, when necessary.
Perform uploads and downloads of dashboard data in internal systems whenever requested.
Perform other data structuring and reporting activities to support management and procurement routines.
Attend meetings and deliver presentations about related activities when requested.
Analyze processes, identify best practices, gaps and improvement opportunities; prepare and update procedures, work instructions, technical notes, standards, documents, step-by-step guides, schedules, flowcharts, diagrams, reports, communications and training materials related to the activity.

Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of SAP.
Knowledge of SAP BW.
Advanced Excel skills.
Advanced Power BI skills.
Advanced knowledge and use of ETL processes.
Advanced knowledge and use of M and DAX languages.
Knowledge of SQL and Python.
Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Development or Information Technology Management.
4 (four) years of experience performing the duties described above.
