Bidfast Specialist, Customer Service

Role Overview

• Identify and purchase salvage on behalf of IAA
• Provide competitive bids on salvage to maximize auction profits
• Verify correct title documents for sale
• Mentor new CSR’s and assist in escalated customer service situations
• Perform management duties in absence of Supervisor or Manager
• Work with provider management to resolve disputes

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience
• Working knowledge of current salvage markets
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills while collaborating with cross-functional departments.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be detail-oriented with all assigned work.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to research with solid problem-solving skills
