Requirements
Proven experience in business development within the software industry, preferably with software solutions like PSS.
Strong knowledge of market analysis, sales strategies, and client relationship management to drive business growth.
Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with corporate objectives and market demands.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms to track performance and optimize sales efforts.
Ability to travel a minimum of 50% throughout the West Coast
Ability to lead and drive a solution sale presenting to C-Suite teams
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts in the software sector.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data to inform business decisions.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of software development, cycle and technology trends is a plus.
