Drive adoption of Petal Medical Billing in Quebec and help healthcare professionals simplify their workflows.
Reporting to the Director of SMB Sales, you will help grow the adoption of Petal Medical Billing and other Petal solutions among healthcare professionals across Quebec.
Manage inbound leads, follow up on past opportunities, build pipeline through outbound outreach, and guide prospects through the sales cycle from first conversation to close.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Billing Operations to understand customer needs, share market insights, and help healthcare professionals simplify their billing workflows.
Requirements
Professional experience in sales, healthcare technology, medical billing, or another customer-facing role.
A proactive approach to prospecting, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
Excellent proficiency in French, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals in Quebec.
Good organization and the ability to manage several opportunities at once.
Self-motivation and comfort working without constant direction.
Curiosity and the ability to learn technical or industry-specific topics quickly.
A collaborative mindset, with openness to other’s ideas and feedback.
Resilience when handling objections and moving deals forward.
Experience selling into healthcare, using Salesforce, or working in a medical billing environment is a strong asset.
