Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves
Construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Meet defined physical activity requirements such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Brunswick, OH
