Create clear, stakeholder-ready reports that communicate results and inform future campaign strategy.
Design campaign assets using Canva, Figma, or equivalent tools working within PayJoy brand guidelines. Run A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, creative, timing, and segmentation to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or email marketing. Proficiency with at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
Strong analytical skills, comfortable reading dashboards, interpreting metrics, and drawing clear conclusions from data.
Experience building reports and presenting campaign results to cross-functional stakeholders.
Moderate design skills: able to create and adapt campaign templates and assets independently (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar).
Excellent written communication in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong plus given our markets.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
