Operations Program Manager

Role Overview

• Serve as the central authority on BSNA branch operations, ensuring optimal utilization of Oracle IBS tools and processes.
• Support, monitor, and coach branch operations to align with organizational objectives.
• Lead initiatives driving consistency in Oracle IBS tool functionality.
• Act as a liaison between BSNA business units and various teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with equivalent technical experience in finance and operations.
• Master’s degree in Business is strongly preferred.
• At least five years of program management experience, with specific expertise in contracts, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Proven proficiency with Oracle tools, program management, and change management.
