About this role
Role Overview
Payroll Administration Audit HRIS to ensure all employee lifecycle changes are recorded in timely fashion
Liaise with Havas Shared Services centre to communicate monthly employee updates for payroll
Check and reconcile payroll data against HRIS and monthly updates after 1st run
Be a front facing contact for all employees on payroll & tax queries
Act as the first point of contact with employees to manage questions about employee benefits
Maintain relationships with external benefit providers
Keep all e-files up to date
Requirements
Excel skills (data validation, basic formulae like vlookup/if/match)
Ability to prepare manual payroll calculations in Excel
Intermediate Excel and Word skills
Highly organised and deadline-focussed
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Compelling and concise communicator
Good command of written and spoken English
Ability to work within a confidential environment
