About this role
Role Overview
- Own end-to-end coordination of PEO RFP responses, including gathering census data, plan design details, pricing inputs, and compliance requirements
- Ensure all RFP submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
- Act as the primary liaison between sales and underwriting to ensure clean, complete submissions
- Prepare and assemble PEO closing kits, including service agreements, census data, and required compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce) including deal stage, notes, next steps, and documentation
- Serve as the central point of coordination across Sales, Underwriting, Benefits, Legal, Implementation
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in complex B2B sales support
- Experience managing multi-step complex deal cycles (preferred: RFPs and underwriting processes)
- Preferred understanding of: Employee benefits, Payroll data, Risk/underwriting workflows
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel (data validation), and presentation tools
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
