About this role
Role Overview
Develop and deliver the overarching change management plan to support the Oracle Fusion transformation programme
Lead change impact assessment activities, ensuring impacts are identified, reviewed and validated with relevant stakeholders
Maintain stakeholder mapping and segmentation across impacted business areas
Partner with the Transformation Communications Lead to develop engaging communications and change engagement activities
Plan, coordinate and facilitate change forums, workshops and engagement sessions across the business
Develop training plans that align learning activities with appropriate stakeholder groups and business functions
Conduct organisational readiness assessments throughout the programme lifecycle
Requirements
Proven track record of delivering organisational change within large-scale transformation programmes
Experience supporting complex business change initiatives, such as ERP, digital, operating model or process transformation programmes
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practice
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Confidence in building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to assess change impacts, risks and mitigation strategies
Highly organised, resilient and adaptable in a dynamic and evolving environment.
