Conduct detailed credit analyses by gathering, reviewing, and interpreting financial and credit information, including credit reports, industry research, tax returns, and related documentation.
Input and maintain accurate credit data within tracking, reporting, and database systems.
Prepare clear, well-documented credit analyses and reports for stakeholders responsible for new loan approvals, renewals, and extensions.
Independently make credit decisions within a high-volume production environment.
Monitor customer accounts and loan portfolios to identify emerging risks, credit issues, or adverse trends.
Support risk management efforts by proactively identifying potential credit exposure and minimizing loss.
Build, maintain, and utilize databases and analytical tools to support portfolio analysis and reporting.
Provide credit-related information and respond to internal or external credit inquiries as appropriate.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Two to three years of related experience
Basic knowledge of credit and risk analysis, economics, accounting and finance
Strong analytical skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
