Role Overview
- Solve complex business problems using data from various data sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Analyze complex business problems to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Business Intelligence solutions.
- Partner with executive leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 8 or more years of technical experience using Power BI and SQL.
- 1 or more years of technical experience using Power Automate.
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience.
- Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations.
- Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs.
- Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data.
- Experience presenting to senior and executive leadership.
