Reporting & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports supporting business operations and strategic initiatives
Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions
Data Integrity & Documentation: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms
Data Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues and data inconsistencies between our Datamart and user-facing reports

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles
Advanced proficiency in Power BI or related BI tools, including DAX and semantic modeling
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Ability to conduct code review and determine points of failure
Exposure to version control
Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and large-scale datasets
Experience in SaaS or commercial software environments
