Lumen Technologies is a trusted network for AI, transforming how businesses connect in an AI-driven world. The Business Intelligence Analyst will design and support data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency across Service Delivery functions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Service Delivery stakeholders to identify automation, analytics, and AI use cases that drive measurable operational improvements
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Apply AI-enabled capabilities responsibly while adhering to AI Governance standards
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and SQL-based datasets
- Document solutions, support adoption, and provide ongoing optimization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, information systems, or a related field
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL
- Experience delivering stakeholder-facing automation or analytics solutions
- Familiarity with AI governance, data security, and responsible AI principles
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams integrations
- Exposure to Microsoft AI tools or Copilot capabilities
- Understanding of Service Delivery or operational performance metrics
